The Northern California-Nevada Chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineering established and maintains a scholarship fund for the purpose of awarding scholarship grants according to Chapter-approved criteria which are stated in its Bylaws. The Scholarship Committee shall solicit, identify, and recommend candidates of quality who have demonstrated an interest in pursuing a career in fire protection; the Committee shall support such students by means of appropriate scholarship grants.
The fund for 2023 has an available pool of $7500. The pool will be split between no more than 3 qualified candidates and will be dispersed at the discretion of the committee.
If interested, submit your application to the Scholarship Committee. Applications must be submitted by February 29th, 2024.
