Next Generation Fire Suppression Systems with AIM Act Highlights

This presentation will recap what the past fire protection agents have been and where our industry is going with new generations of fire protection agents. The US EPA finalized rules pertaining to the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act (AIM Act) that went into effect on 1/1/2022 and a brief summary of the AIM Act will be discussed which will provide your Team with additional comparisons of the various next generation clean agents.  3M has also announced that they will discontinue the  manufacturing of NOVEC 1230TM Fire Protection fluid by 2025 and there may be some confusion as to what other FK-5-1-12 agents are available.
